Allianz Bank Bulgaria is launching а digital transformation project that will help the financial institution meet client expectations and will make interaction with the bank easier and more convenient for customers. The project will be executed in partnership with Software Group – a global technology company headquartered in Sofia. The project duration will be two and a half years, implemented in phases. The first results are expected at the end of 2019.
Among the solutions, included in the project scope, are the implementation of a digital banking platform, loan management solution, agency banking solution, a personal finance management portal, customer identity and access management solution and more. The client services of Allianz Bank Bulgaria will be supported by a chat bot that will provide opportunities for self-service, saving customers time and ensuring convenience.

The new platform will provide digital channels which will enable easier access to financial services, reducing the operational costs of the bank and transitioning to entirely paperless processes, ensuring better customer experience online and offline.
